Question:  Why are your prices so LOW?

Simple, we have 0 employees. We rent a small office, and have an overall low overhead. This in return allows us to give you a better price on your repairs. Compare that to the competition, which have multiple employees who receive a paycheck every week, have high cost in rent and more. This forces them to raise their prices. That is why our prices are low, and theirs are high. Guess who pays their bills. You.

 Question:  If your prices are so low, are you using cheaper quality parts? 

​

Heck NO! We hate cheap parts. We can't stand how they make your device look and feel. We make sure that your device gets the highest quality possible. As mentioned before, we benefit from not having high overhead allowing us to source higher quality parts without struggling about paying our bills. High quality parts don't cost much more than the cheapest stuff.

Don't get fooled by the illusion that if someone charges you more money, its probably better quality. In this case, its more expensive because they have a higher overhead compared to us.

 Question:  How much experience do you have on repairing devices? 

We just started yesterday. We're kidding. We have 16 years of experience. We didn't just start a year ago ripping apart phones and decided to start this as a business. No, we been repairing electronics for over 16 years. We actually started with computers and moved our way up to smaller electronics as the times were changing. So don't worry, we didn't start yesterday.

 Question:  Google shows you have a new location

Yes, on August 2024, we moved to our new location on Court Street. We no longer repair devices in the old location.

 Question:  How long does it take to get my device repaired? 

​

Depends, iPhone repairs usually take 45 minutes. iPads take a bit longer (1+ hours). We can have your device fixed faster, but we like to take the extra time to test your device. Giving you an overall better experience.
